Thanks for securing your system! To finalise your design and contract, our engineering team needs a clear view of your existing setup. Use this guide to gather the required photos.

1. Your Latest Electricity Bill
Please provide a complete photo or PDF copy of your most recent bill.
- Crucial: Ensure the NMI (National Meter Identifier), usage graphs, and supplier details are clearly legible.
2. Switchboard & Meter Box
We need to assess current standards and available space.
Switchboard (Close-up)
Open the door and take a photo straight-on. Safety switches and labels must be readable.
Switchboard (Wider View)
Step back and show the general area (checking for access and safety clearances).
Meter Box
Open the meter box door and ensure the entire meter face is visible.
3. Existing Solar Inverter
Details of your current solar system (if applicable).
Wide Shot
Stand back 1–2 metres to show the full unit and wall space.
Close-Up
Sticker showing Model No. & Serial No. (usually on side/underneath).
4. Proposed Battery Location
Show us where you want the battery installed. Identify obstructions like pipes or gas meters.
